i cant attest for around great beaver but a friend working way up on the north road says they barely have 10" in the bush, maybe a foot now with that little skiff we got. We drove into a little lake last week that normally would be impossible to drive in right now maybe 2" of snow

Really? I got stuck fly fishing the 200 rd on the crooked a few weeks back because there was a foot and a half  of snow then 3" of ice under it.
