I was out on a nearby lake this past Saturday..I was fishing in about 10 feet of water,
ing at my Vexilar, I would keep my eye on the teardrop and a FISH coming up to the teardrop...I noticed something that I've never seen before..
A Bluegill SUCKING in my bait without even taking down the spring bobber....
I was looking down a big 8" hole, and I thought to myself...hmmmmm
what would happen if I just set the hook when this happens again...
SO, I did just that...I set the hook on the Bluegill and the Eyes bugged out of the Big Ol' Gill and I saw him go from 5' to the top of the ice...A Whopping 7 1/2" long...Nice Size Gill...I caught almost my limit...
19 Big Gills from 7-7 1/2" Long...
Take a Kid Fishing and have a Ball.
