nice fat perch! wtg cant wait for some fresh baked pike fillets. couple days yet on ice here.
i like baking them because of the bones. they are sticking out the top of fillet when cooked. i can just pluck them all out and shovel it in. lol i never tried cutting them out of the fillet before.
I fillet everything I keep for the table. Not 1 bone left by the time they go in the pan
