How is the ice at Smith?

About 12" with some open water with geese. Getting soft at the boat ramp, the rest is good.

Fished smith yesterday morning caught some good size perch and lots small perch and several pike on the tip ups ice was 8 inches for the most part just avoid the middle of lake on the east side open water with lots of geese
