My Fishing Vacation
« on: Feb 07, 2006, 03:02 PM »
I thought I would share with you my plans for next week. Myself and Chowderhead are headed on a Wild 8 day fishing trip hitting up as many lakes as we can...this is how it looks

Sunday: Scugog (Perch & Walleye)
Monday: Jacks Lake (Crappie)
Tuesday: Dog lake (Pike and Gills)
Wednesday: Simcoe (Perch)
Thursday: Quinte (depending on conditions)
Friday: Dog and Collins Lakes (Pike)
Sat & Sun: Dickie Lake (Lakers, Splake, Perch)

This is the Trip I have been waiting for all year thus far, and I have 2 pieces of equipment that I purchased that I only hope show up in time to make the Trip. (an Ice Armour Suit and a Reel for My St.Croix Legend)

Wish us luck, and if anyone is familair with one of these lakes..We are open to suggestions

Im all about CPR.......Although The final 2 Days on Dickie Lake we always keep the Splake and Perch for a nice meal on our Last Night. Its a nice finale...and a reminder that Im back to work the next day.

Well the vacation is now officially over....Im back in my office and I think it would be quicker trying to read the entire Bible then it will be reading all my e-mail...

The vacation was a fishing success, we caught a ton of fish and had a great time...pictures posted here...

I did not reach all the lakes I hoped to hit..both Simcoe and Quinte we postponed due to weather issues. But we gpot out 7 days and thats all that matters.

I was Also hoping to reach my target of entering 7 Tourny categories...but fell 1 shy as I never caught a walleye.
