Caught on Monday, Jan 18


Also caught Monday, Jan 18


Got this little one on Saturday Jan 16


Also a Saturday Jan 16 fish lol


Was a really nice warm weekend!! Took advantage of it. (hat and hoodie weather ;D)
ALL fish were caught on the same reservoir :)

Anyone who wants to post pike pics from the RAQUETTE RIVER feel free to post them here.

Too bad you couldn't send some of your luck this way jumbaliah.. I only had 2 flags in over 20 hours of fishing. The warm weather this weekend really made it worth while going though even if i couldn't get a fish out of the hole  ;)

Fished for 3 hours yesterday after school and caught this little sprout


Gilled this fish for a person fishing next to us..


notice the nasty red spot on this fish's side about the size of a tennis ball.. anybody have any ideas what it is or could be?? ???

I am not aware of any lampreys or eels being in the raquette river.. however you may be correct as i do not know for sure.

We haven't had too much luck on the raquette for walleyes so far through the ice.. but here is a pic of some walters that were taken throught he ice on the st. lawrence ;D

awesome pic...I have been told that I should hit the big river up there for eyes...and an array of other mysterious and large fish.

the tumor looks like Lymphosarcoma which infects the esox group of fish. It is not recommended to eat these with this infection. They are to be disposed of outside of the watershed.
