Drove by the south end of Palestine around 2:30 and saw no one fishing in that area. Then past Center and Crystal and no one fishing there either. Maybe too early.

I grew up on Palestine and haven't ice fished it for a couple years. Pm me with ice conditions and the bite. I
Might head back home for a day to fish. May even hook up with some old friends.

Cool, thanks Big Buck. I have been over most of the lake with a kayak and a DI Hummingbird. Studied the lake maps. There pretty accurate from what I've seen. I knows its a shallow lake with few deep spots. Will the perch be in the deep end of the pool? Or will I find them mixed in with the Gill. Im hearing they go deep. Any help with finding the perch on Palestine would be greatly appreciated my friends.

I cut two holes out from boat ramp at Palestine this morn at sunup. There was an even 3 inch but it was shady. I did not feel safe.  Left and went to Miss.
