Any one ever fish this ? I never here anyone talk about it .... I've fished Norway dam once during the summer that is it .

i fish it in summer. crappie can be good fishing there and eyes below the dams. i think they ice fish big monon bay area.

Ok thanks for the heads up guys . Just looking for something new to get on . Hopefully buying a new boat soon and Shafer is only 40 min away . I heard it can hold some big cats too . Excited to get it a try . I dought this year I will be on the ice there at all ain't looking good for us

yes the cats are big there. the really big ones,flatheads, dont wake up till about the 55-60*. some slob channels there too though and they go as soon as it opens up.

I fish it Oct-Nov... I get smallie fever that time of year.

A guy can fill the boat with crappies that time of year also I just can never bring myself to do it
