Bustin slabs in the Bayou...

What a great day on the ice... Beautiful weather....a few good fish...(never had so many Perch slabs, just one after another...the Grumpy old man rod strikes terror in the hearts of slabs again! AARRGGHHH! ) And a few decent pike to boot. Here's a few pics...traded a few slabs for another hot walleye spot.. Scummer, his son...Number 11 hehehe! and I had a ball!

It was a blast Mike nailed some real slab perch the likes have'nt been  seen in the Bayou .Thanks to some larger Minnows some decent pike showed up as well .It was really great to get back out on the ice.Weather today was great

I'm wiped have'nt been out fishing much LOL

I'll be there for sure .Also playing with the idea of heading out tomorrow afternoon. . .Not sure about that yet as I'm a little under the weather. .
