Was wondering how the ice held up after that rain. Looking to go over by Geneseo this weekend but don't want to drive that far if not safe.
-
Dont know about Geneseo but from
Atkinson to Bureau open spots all over the place some spots are starting to refreeze

I have not been out since the warmer weather, but there are still people fishing Siggy Bay. Last I heard there was still 3-4 inches of ice.
-
There was about 8 inches last weekend. Caught over 20 gills, many of them over 6 inches, biggest was 8 1/2 inches. Didn't keep any. One bass and 2 crappie. Heard some guys say that they saw a large school of crappies swim past their camera.
-
there was almost 10" of ice on the canals near milan this weekend.
-
Thanks for the update. Probably won't go over till the contest now, but you never know.

Went out after school to check Siggy Bay and walk out pretty far with out any cracking. Seemed to be about 4 inches of ice but it is honeycomb ice so it might not be the strongest. I'll post something tomorrow if I make it out.

Plenty of ice in Siggy Bay. About 6 inches of ice. Quite a few people out there today. Bite wasn't the best but we caught a few 8+ inch gills.
