at this point in the year in general where are most of the fish?

in the shallows, suspended over deep water, on the bottom, near feeder creeks, etc.?

all of the above

actually alot of the bigger panfish that have pulled towards deeper water over late jan to mid feb are starting to school up pretty heavily on key spots, and will be starting to filter back in shallow with the next warm up...but there is always fish EVERYWHERE this time of year, so don't discount any pattern.

under the ice.the flying ones wont come close enough and my line isnt stiff enough to reach that high.
