I stayed home and am practicing my smoked pork shoulder.  tucked around NE side of the house. lol

Ya last time my brother tried smoking salmon, he put them on and went inside for something. The wind started blowing and when he got back out there they were torched! Boy was he pissed off! LOL Hex

Savage You! This wind is crazy, but I'm also about to smoke salmon. I'm going to use my electric Masterbuilt smoker with the wind being the way it is.

Well Jigmup, I tried but to no avail.

Checked 7 lakes that I fish and all of them had the shoreline shot.  Ice was not looking that good either.  I am going to hang up the ice rods now and get ready for the coho as the kids/grandkids want some of that soon.

Was a fun year, not productive, but fun.
