Fished the Ladders area in 20' of water.  Everyone in our group caught slot cutthroats.  The bite was pretty fast till noonish.
White or green colored lures with wax worm was most successful.  There is some slush.

Ice was maybe a foot thick. Then some slush and 10" or so of snow.  We cleared a spot for the tent then had paths going to our other rods.
