Friend has cabin at Coteau so I'm guessing he used snow mobile to get onto ice But I think he said there was trucks on the ice, don't quote me on that I'm not 100 percent sure

last weekend 14 inches on the main lake probably more on coteau bay. and after this cold snap I would guess 2 ft. on the bay. Drive at your own risk there alot of springs and gas pockets under the old creek.

Was out saturday Morning, there is about 2 feet of ice. I have never fished the bay before so we were hoping for some rainbows but all we got was 3 whites a perch and a 5 lb sucker my friend was quite proud of !! we didn't see a single rainbow on the camera.

Hey ski,
I caught some nice trout this fall, but since iceover I haven't seen one. Lots of whites. They must have gone deep. Who knows? Glad to hear you caught some whites at least, were there alot of guys out, Sat. was a pretty decent day.
