staying over ngiht at mission in the shack

i never fished in the dark before is there any thing i need to no i catch all my walleye and perch in 40 feet of water at night should i take the shack in shallower water for night or stay deep

 usually find better bites in shallow the later/darker it gets...always pre drill holes as shallow fish will obv spook easily.  that being said i don't remember ever fishing deep late so might be worth a try.

ill fish deep sat night and next weekend ill try shallow ill tell you guys how it goes

I found when we stayed overnight at Deschambault in the past we never caught much after 9. usually 7-9 caught lots of eyes. The bite may vary depending on time of the year. that was in feb/mar

somewhere in the 17-20 foot range. I usually fish early for walleyes in 12-15ft range though.
