Icefishing with Baitcast reels

They're working great but i have to cleaning them before, to take out the maximum greace i can(think that they often over-greace for the warranty) to prevent freezing of certain parts!

Nice job !

I'm using a old Shimano Citica when fishing burbot (lotte) and walleye on the seaway 35-40 ft. I haven't had any issues of reel freezing, even at -20°C.
