Put in a full day on Sunday. Very cold start to the day but the wind was minimal & once the Sun got up in the sky it wasn't bad at all. Fishing started out slow but we had a couple good streaks on the flags. Best fish came just before the start of sunset. We set up large shiners in 3-6' over weeds. 3 pickerel & 3 pike.
My wife brought our daughters up to get some fresh air and they proved to be our little good luck charms. 4 flags in the hour they were out, including our best pike & pickerel of the day. & thanks to the group that let them warm up by the fire. Much appreciated!
