Looking for some info for fishing Otisco. Want to bring my son out for some fishing - I am a little familiar with the area. Bait suggestions? I havent been Ice fishing since I was a teenager, so there is some dust on the tip ups!! Any info would be awesome - help make a good say with my boy!

I was on it last Saturday. North end. Had 6 tip downs out for panfish. Got one gill all day on those. Managed several decent gills jigging. If you want to have some fun get some big minnows and fish for the tigers. Your boy will like to see those babies.  If your going Saturday this weekend stay away from Big Guy. People can't catch squat when he's around. lol

have your boy fish for blue gills north of the narrows ...park at guard rail walk across  you both will have a ball

the 3 amigos again rode into otisco and took over there spot!  although i had to leave rater quickly ,we had a good  time ...Hoss it was great to met you and you are welcome to join us anytime..... good time and lots of laughing made up for big al scaring the fish away.....

I threw a few dinks in Dan's hole.

Yup he did he walks over and says here I got something for ya..hands me a 4 inch gill. I ended up with 39 decent gills..it was a strange day one spot we would get fish we moved absolutely nothing..Al had the weapon of choice..I had something close to what he was using and the big gills liked it..

Nothing but dinks any where that day we hit sodus after we left you guys and dint catch a fish over 8 inches
