hey guys anyone no what the record size brown trout is for eagle lake?

Both lol my cousins a taxidermist so he skined it an gave me the rest

A friend of mine has a camp on that lake. the biggest trout any of them have ever caught out of eagle was about 18" or so. According to them, between the big pike and the warm water in the summer time, most of the stockies get killed off.
that is a real monster brown. Great fish!

Cool, browns from Eagle are delicious. Closest thing to LL Salmon I found.

I don't really think there's lake records for most lakes in ny....the big and popular ones, yes...but something small like eagle - doubtful.

Beautiful brown.Eagle is about 10 minutes from my camp but I have never fished it.Guess I may have to rethink that.

try calling dec officer or dec office in essex county. thats a hog right there. i caught one 2yrs ago 24" 6lbs. what a slob nice job!!!

very nice brown... Ive been on eagle about 4-5 time and have yet to catch one there. congrats. What did you catch him on?

using a #4 hook an a 1.5lbs sucker on tip up was fishing for pike he was the only fish alll day

a 1.5lbs sucker on a 4# hook ??? wow. I would have never guessed that would be the way to catch a big brown. Good for you. Congrats

My guess would be however big yours was ;D ;D ;D. Can't imagine too many browns like that have come out of eagle.

lol @) lost two big takes on tip up this weekend took 100+ ft of line tangled themselves in trees or something both times i put the line 5inch under inch in 20ft of water. they did it in a matter of seconds
