It is hard to let the season end. So I went 1 more time. Lake Simond, Tupper Lake. 10 very nice perch in 5 minutes and then all bites stopped. So did I

  I tried   I took a ride to my favorite little hole in the southern dacks  today and could not get on.  A 20' plank may have helped but what ice was there just looked shot.
  Time to start daydreaming of next season.  cleanup the equipment, inventory jigs, replace line, and get out that stupid lawn mower.
