for those wondering if there are eyes rago, they r running up stream now, but the numbers r down from previous years. I watch them every year, and this year is the worst Ive seen. :(
-
Thats to bad I remember as a kid going to hyder when the smelt were running and seeing nothing but a glow when you put the light in the water.
-
That's sad to hear :'( Looks like I'll never get my first eye

Is overfishing the reason they're having so much trouble? With all the dink Perch in there I would think that they have plenty to eat.
-
And the state quit stocking tigers last year that was the only thing that would of helped eating the dinks and stocking 3in walleyes is a joke that's like throwing a 5 gallon pale of fathead minnows to the perch.

I agree, I have said all along that when stocking they need to be bigger, around 6 to 8 inches so they have chance. now that rago has fall fish, all fry in the lake are being ate up. its almost like the state wants the lake to fail.
