Requesting new thread "Small Waters - Steuben (New York)

I am from New york and myself and many of my ice fishing friends would like to see a thread for Steuben County, NY.  Is this the place to ask. If not, how do I request this?  Thanks.

if you mean in the report section. likley there is one.i belive i have read were a new member has to have a certain number of posts befor they can see it.
 make a few more posts and see if it shows up in the ny report section

i just looked threw the 5 pages or reports in the ny section and did not notice one.
make a few more posts and you can send a personal message to a ny moderator, he could add your request.
 or make a post in the ny section bringing your rquest to there atention
