Title: Nibbles?
Post by: fishinnut on Oct 23, 2012, 06:39 PM
Anyone try using Berkley Crappie nibbles for whitefish? The silver sparkle nibbles look like they might work. Maybe one nibble on a treble of a spoon along with a couple spikes or waxies. Pounding the spoon on the bottom will cause the nibble to give off scent, throw a small cloud and a few silver scales.

I think that disolving and giving off scent would be the attractant. A nibble on one hook of the treble on a spoon and spikes or waxies on the other two hooks.

Some guys around here tip spoons and raps with them.  Most just tip with waxies or Gulp though.
