unbelievable service from MarCum

I just noticed a cut cable on my MarCum vs620 camera that was given to me by my wife for my birthday in 2011, and they are sending me a replacement cable no questions asked and they responded to my email 2 MINUTES after I sent the email.  That's unbelievable service, I am a MarCum customer for life.

I bought the LX-9 this year (first Marcum product) and I will never buy anything else after dealing with them.  They've been phenomenal!!

Love to hear this as they really didn't need to replace it as they could have claimed damage due to owner misuse.  It is great when a company works to keep customers happy and understand a happy customer is one for life.

A month back I was contemplating buying an LX-7 and I wanted to see what was so different from other flashers.

I was kidding around and said "let me talk to Jon" (as in Jon Marshall) in a joking matter and they said, "ok he will be on in a minute."

I told them that I was just kidding buy I thanked them for their effort, and promptly bought and LX-7 the next day.

Marcum has one of the best customer service departments hands down.  Other companies should take lessons from them.
