I know Capt, it was a completely different lake on Sunday! I'm not sure where I was fishing, but I saw a lot of people from Newfound there.

I did finally meet Green Hornet....I saw him in the parking lot and recognized him from the pictures on my wall lol (I'm not really a weirdo stalker...Jiggin gave me a collage he had made lol).

Great to see everyone on the big top yesterday. Was alot of driving to catch no fish, but well worth it to see everybody and most importantly standing on Newfound. Kraken and I had the choice fish 10min from home or make the 3 hour journey each way. And Newfound always seem
to win. Thanks guys can't wait to get out again. See yah soon

It's always worth the trip fish or no fish it's just a good thing to be out on newfound. I can't wait to get back out there and maybe next time i can break through my "H".

I hope you guys pull a bunch through the ice this year!

I stopped at lunch and talked to a couple of guys. The ice was super clear....we were at about 10 fow and you could see the bottom perfectly! If a fish had swam by I never would have made it back to work lol.

It was about the same thickness as this weekend at that point.

nooo..i went to a.j.'s to use up a gift certificate....
taint texted me yesterday, and said there was 5" of ice....not sure if that is correct..

Seems simple enough.....I have radios, I'm not a good enough ice fisherman to get offended, and how can you not have a good time fishing - I'm in!!
