I use Spike's or Waxies.  I also like to use a sweedish pimple with a hali chain.  We used a Hali jig with the chain on it and they wouldnt hit it you had to have the pimple with the Hali chain.

Custom jigs and spins stinger is perhaps the best small spoon for ice fishing. They are thin, almost like a teardrop, and have a great fluttering action. Tipped with a waxy or a maggot, they are deadly for panfish, and all finicky larger predators like bass, walleye, and trout.
The smallest swedish pimple, the 1/10 ouncer, is about an inch long and works great tipped with bait for any panfish.

You can also try the Kastmaster,  you can get these in pretty small sizes.
I don't like it here, so I will probably be here for a while.........

I was perching yesterday in 32 FOW and was getting some decent gills mixed in - they would pound a 1/16 ounce Lindy Forage Minnow spoon - that is one of my favorite all around panfish baits...

I just started using the Forage Minnow Jigging Spoon from Northland Tackle... the smallest size in charteuse was killing them last week (of course we had ice then)... the perch loved them too.

This is the single hook model... not the treble-hooked.

Forage Minnow,Frosty spoons, Demon spoon,Flicker spoon and Stinger spoon, they all fish heavy and are great for true bulls, for a different look I've had great luck on Slender spoons, they are very light and have a different flutter to them.I use it a lot the last two years,I like a T-boned wax worm on them, but that's just me,I felt that gills like wax worms better than anything. Also have used a little trout lure not sure of the name but they come two in a pack small spoon, single hook and two little metal flippers,I think it's called a hildenbrandt, also killed monster bulls last year on late ice with a Frisbee spoon, fishes heavy get down quick, tipped with a wax/worm I pounded huge bulls 9- 10 1/4 inches for two days on this combo then they where gone.

That Hildebrandt lure is called a Flicker Spinner.

The Little Shaver is another spoon I will use sometimes for crappies.

Slipperybob, that's the lure I'm talking about you may call it a Flicker, but the other Flicker I mentioned is made by Gapen 1 /32 oz. hologram lure.

I've got the Flicker spoon from Gapen too.  I like the smallest Perch and Blue Shad patterns.  I like the holographic tape and they both glow too.

The Flicker Spinner from Hildebrandt only shares the flicker name.  Totally different lures.  ;D

Swedish Pimple works for everything! I use a #2 for perch & panfish a #3 or 4 for trout and bass, and a #8 for pike. You can't go wrong with these babies!

When in doubt, snippe off one of the treble hooks and make it into a double hook.  ;D

Demon Spoon from CJ&S.
Macho Minnow in 1/12th
Northland Doodle Bug spoon; remove the treble, put a size 8 or 10 Siwash hook on it, tbone a couple waxies or spikes and you're golden.

Yesterday I jigged up some decent bluegills with a hali (perch color) and a kodiak perpetual motion (goldfish color) tipped with waxworms. Somedays color might matter, but yesterday they just liked the presentation and waxies.

haha
Sure if you can't decide go for it!  ;D

I usually use the single but when using the bigger ones for pike I leave the treble on...
