"FULL COLD MOON" 18 below zero!!!

 ::) ::) :tipup:    Wow!  Even with snow cover this will make ice.   I had planned a "Cold Moon" fishing expedition, but I think I'll wait until this afternoon when it warms up to 9 degrees and sunny.   Propane heater for today!!

yeah i just looked at the weather for where i am headed monday currently -12 but feels like -26 ahhhhhh i love it  :tipup:

Stepped outside this morning in my t shirt to have a smoke. Hum, -4, guess its getting time to dig out my light coat. ;D

 ::)Just got an email from friend fishing the week at Minn.  Lac mille lacs.  He has had 20 below but today it is sunny and 27 degrees. 
What a difference a day makes, or 1,000 miles?

They've been really cold there.  Has he been catching any walleye?  My buddy back home only fishes North of Grand Rapids.  Says the walleye bite has been slow at best.

I understand that the walleye and perch bite has been really slow.  BUT he was kind of complaining about watching 1-3 lb crappie that didn't want to bite?   Few roads open and mostly snow mobile traffic according to the lake web site.   I'm sure he will get into them!

I believe that WOULD be a PK Red Dot Glow spoon and it looks to be the 1/4 ounce. ;D

Yes Dick it is a PK Spoon in Red Dot Glow. Did you know the World Record Walleye was also caught on a PK Lure ;)
