Wish I was there. Got offerd overtime this weekend so I thought I could make some ice fishing cash instead of spending it all at the ice show. Don't get me wrong, it will be spent when the check comes.(new jigs,line,beer,jerky,bait,etc.etc.) new topic- I tried cutting and pasting the snotsickle strike force logo into my signiture but it wouldn't take. Any suggestions? We need to show our true colors to the rest of the nation. Thanks for your feedback on the show guys!!

Run about a three quarters tank worth of double mixture of oil and gas rev it up and down ounce in while and you should be good to go.
I used amsoil saber at 70/1 for my Nils it seemed like it took forever.
If the ice is tipping move to the center

I went this afternoon. Nice to see Ice Shanty represented again.

Man that place was packed. I wonder how it would have been if we had fishable ice or if the Vikes were playing earlier.

I got a way without spending any money.

There sure were enough portable shacks on hand.

The couple of things I was looking to check out weren't quite what I need.

I was looking at the new Gary Roach rods and the Jason Mitchell rods.

I need another trout rod long with a soft tip. The Roach rods are too stiff and the Jason Mitchell rods didn't seem long enough.

All in all a great show.

Did anyone catch the Name of the company that had Military Arctic Boots at the Ice Show?

Wish I would've bought a pair then!

Thanks if you know...

No, sorry I don't remember the name. If you are looking for the "micky mouse" boots, I think Mills Fleet Farm has them. I buy military surplus boots from them for work.

I don't think they have a website, but they do have a phone #
1-800-236-4710

now I've jinxed myself, you'll probably call and find that my memory was faulty and it was somebody else who had the booth with Mickey Mouse boots
