Found some safe ice in Wareham. Maybe 4+ inches and not all black. Fast morning bite of perch and pickerel. Things slowed down by noon. Picked up by3pm. Saw bass caught but did not get any myself. Last day of easy walks on the ice. First flakes 11am, steady snow by 12 and the ices was snow covered by 3pm. It was the first time I have fished this body of water, so was happy to have some action.
