Night time Laker ...

 Hey Guys and Gals,
 I fished the Gorge this weekend and I caught a 35" mac @ almost 9:00 PM . I was wondering if any of you have caught them @ night
 I'll post photos soon.

Hey Wyo Ice, I have caught lakers at night down at fishlake in utah. I have never caught any that big though. I know a lot of guys are catching smaller ones fishin for burbot. (is that what you were doing?) I went out the last trip to the Gorge about 4:00 A.M. and started fishing but did not see much on the finder until it started getting light. Can't wait for your pic's.

I have caught lakers many times at night . I have some lakes around me that have lakers and eyes I will find them in the same areas so when jigging or when a flag goes up you never know what you'll get.

caught small ones at night, but never anything near 35".  congrats!

here in nys, finger lakes region, it's common to fish for them at night, with live bait.
