Made an eggplant lasagna with all the eggplant from the garden we have been picking. Came out fantastic!

Had exact same thing with green peppers for bfast. And sauasge. And toast with honey.

Got some homemade North Dakota sausage in the Souse Vide. gonna hit 'em on a ripping hot grill to get some car on them. Tater Tots in the air fryer.

Ya ever souse vide prime rib? Have a friend that does. In fact, he uses it on everything.

The NoDak recipe is my neighbors. It's an old recipe, they measured crap by the handful. We used a bunch of pork butt, a crapload of pork belly and some bacon ends. Amazing, the souse vide (tries to) render down the fat.

Lookin' like Reb's two-cheese smoky burgers, hickory beans,and huge ears of sweet corn. Stopped at the big orchard/vegetable farm on the outskirts of town this, and got a bag of mixed huge Montauk and Ambrosia variety corn. Corn was still cool and damp! Haven't tried the Ambrosia yet; we'll be doing a taste test tonite!
