The easiest way might be to create a photobucket account and upload your pic from there. Its pretty easy for most.

Sorry for late reply,  I was on vacation last week;
Like Eddie said,  just upload pics to the Photobucket,  then insert links using "Insert Image" icon at upper left side of the screen.  Located just below the "Bold" icon.  Copy the URL  "".  See example:

Not that I know of.  You need to save it on a local drive from your email, then upload it the the Photo Bucket.
