Currently running a Dewalt dcd996p2 setup with the 5 ah batteries. Im a tool junkie so I have test and own most of the drills mentioned. The only one I haven't tried is the new kobalt 24v. I did a side by side one day with the Dewalt and the milwaukee fuel. Both same rating batteries. The Dewalt drilled anywhere between 10 and 15 more holes then the milwaukee. The dewalt is a 3 speed and has a little bit lower rpm in 1st gear then the milwaukee. Through 10 to 12 inches of ice drilled over a hundred holes on a single battery. The dewalt for me is the way to go. They have a 3 year tool amd battery warranty. Can't say anythong bad about the milwaukee either. Oh forgot to mention these were tested on a clam plate with an 8 inch kdrill.
America is all about speed hot, nasty, bad a** speed

Hilti are the most durable power tools made. Go to any construction site and see what the pros use.

Should be asked which perform in the COLD, they all work in relatively cold weather. Milwaukee is the only battery that performs in the COLD weather.

They've had a 9Ah for a while in Australia.  I read somewhere that it was on the Home Depot website a month ago but not yet for sale.  I looked and didn't see it but it may be released here soon.
I'm a man, but I can change, If I have to, I guess.

I'm hearing rumors that Milwaukee is introducing a 12 amp hour battery this year for the M-18 tools. The 5ah are Awesome and the 9ah is tremendous at any temperature, can't wait to get a hold of one of these new monsters.

They're available for pre-order, arriving in early July.
