Vogel Res.?

Headed to Winnett tomorrow, going to check out Vogel Res on the way into Crooked creek.  Anyone ever fished it?  Heard last week it had some decent trout.  Guess we'll see.   Will post a report tomorrow evening some time.

I fished it a couple few times last winter.... Did ok, nothing of much size

yep just rainbows is what i caught... Sounds like crooked creek is turning on! you are almost there if you go to Vogel...

Fished Vogel yesterday, did pretty well, iced 7 nice Rainbows.  Had 7-8 inches of ice.  Ready for a trip to peck, hopefully next weekend.

Go north of Winnett about 7 miles.  the turnoff is on the right just after the bridge. Follow that 2 track in and good luck!

The fish we caught were all 1-2.5 pounds.  No monsters for us, but it was my first trip in there.
