Before today I would have to say Devils Lake, ND, but probably not after today. Remember Ice Troll said the fishing was slow. If thats what slow is like there sign me up. Ft. Peck, MT ROCKS!  :flex:

The best honeyhole anywhere is where you can put your line in the water with good friends, forget about work, and just have a good time.  Catching fish is just an extra.

If you love nice brookies in the spring then you have to go to Northern Maine!
If you like nice Pan fish then NY finger lakes is the place to be.
If you want big Pike and Lakers then Canada is a good bet.
I like nice trout and stay right here in the Catskills!
If I agreed with you we would both be wrong!

Any lake that has safe ice, has an access, and has fish in it, it doesn't matter what "state" it's in to me...........

Sandbar, Northern Lake Champlain, Vermont, many species within area, and lots of space, each person can have 15 tip-ups out, the best! ;D

Idk where your fishing, but can't be in the right spot ;) Last time I checked, Sacandaga was the dead sea, but the last time we were out, we were nailing the bass and eyes. Almost time for a big pike to be on the end of my tipups  Icetroll, I might have to take some vacation time in 06 to catch me some of them trophy fish! Hell, maby if I do catch them, I'll bring them back to ny, and have some state records :P
15lb mono pike fisherman...WHATS UP!
