Harding or Quartz tomorrow?

Just picked up a MarCum LX-5, my first sonar ever.  So, I'm headed out to either Harding or Quartz in the morning to break her in.  I'd like to hit Harding if it's not too much colder and would appriciate any advice/reports.  I tried once earlier this year without a bite and a couple times last year without much luck.  I would think a sonar would greatly increase the odds on a lake like that.  Might even have an empty seat if you know where the fish are...

I was planning on putting my house out on Birch tomorrow but thanks to my government job my finances aren't that great and I can't afford the fuel to get it out there right now. Not like it's going to stop me from fishing.
