Been reading some reports .... mostly from last year saying ATV's were having trouble out on the ice due to the depth of the snow.
Was last year out of the ordinary due to all the snow we got?
Looking forward to making the trip out there, hopefully a couple times this year.
Thanks in advance for any assistance, and I am sure there will be more questions as I read the post

Last year was definitely a heavy year in snow. The snow was also a heavy wet snow. Every year can be different. Conditions can change from week to week. Its a hard place to make plans because conditions do change weekly. Tackle Tom's is the best source to find out the conditions. I hope this helps. Tight Lines

Good Lord Bill; you joined in Nov 2014 and this is your first post? What's up with that? See you at the 'Glen' in January & February. I'll be coming up with some of the Utah gang. Looking forward to it.

Any ATV's on the ice yet?

Any ATV's on the ice yet?
I had my atv out there yesterday. Put in at Poison creek and ran down to just north of sugar loaf without any issues. Drilled plenty of holes along the way. Ice ranged from 6-8 inches.

Thanks magni!
