Hard water roast Chicken

If planned to go fishing the night before I oven roast two whole chickens. One we eat for dinner the other get's wraped in two or three layers of tin foil and put in the fridge. The next morning it goes fishing with us . I put it on the heater inside the portable shack and roll it around for about 45 min. to an hour. Cut open the foil and enjoy, some times it will even bring in others who are enticed by the smell. easy to make on the ICE and easy clean up , no pot's or pans just finger likin good and hot.
