Ice sketchy around Ponca/Newcastle area

FYI. Attempted to fish 3 ponds in the Ponca/Newcastle area and only ended up fishing 2 of them. One had open water for about 25 feet from shore.....ended fishing 2 others. One was ok and the other had one pocket of open water which we stayed away from.  The wind is KILLING the ice and the fishing!! 

Watched fish come in all day on flasher and camera. Lock jaw big time.

Thanks for the report, thought about trying what probably would have the same places Saturday, couldn't find a partner and didn't want to risk it alone.
