Drop Trailer Build

This is my First. I have made many mistakes..

Started building this frame last year. Should hopefully have a house built this year.

Looking good...   when you are done, will you pm me how much you have in the trailer.   I am debating either building myself a trailer or just buy one and build on top of it.

Looking good...   when you are done, will you pm me how much you have in the trailer.   I am debating either building myself a trailer or just buy one and build on top of it.

I have about $700 in steel (its built like a tank). $92 for the hubs and spindles. $165 for 2 rims and tires. Bought the electric winches with remote control for $130 today.

Roughly $1100 once you figure in the bolts and other misc crap I had to run to the hardware store for.

Forgot, 2 Spools of Welding Wire. Approximately $40. Probably should figure $100.00 in gas making trips to the Trailer/Hardware Store.  :-\

looks good.  My question is why is the pivot underneath the frame.. Now it won't sit flat to the ice and it will teder

There will be another square welded on the back and in the front so it is stable (thought about that when I did it). If the ice house lays all the way down you would have to block it so it doesnt freeze down. Also, I didn't want it as part of my sub-floor. Yes i could have framed around it, but I figured this would work out better in the end.
