Went out yesterday ice-fishing :D. Hiked 3miles in, and it was a heck of a hike with knee deep show most of the way. Ice was about 6 inches thick, and all we caught was this guy:

Must have been nice to get out.  I've been itching for some ice for almost a month now.  How high did you have to go to find the ice?  Drove past Evergreen lake yesterday and only about half had a thin layer.

It was at about 12k-12.5k feet sitting in a bowl, that last pic there was taken at 2:30pm so most of the time it's in the shade.
