Have never ate a dessert that I didn't like, but... Lemon Meringue Pie would be pretty good.

The VFW near my small town growing up used to have Friday night fish fries and had lemon meringue pie.  Absolutely hit the spot.  I sure miss those fish fries and that pie.

I haven't read much of this thread, but my vote would go to a dram or two of a mellow bourbon and a few pieces of good dark chocolate.

But that's just me.

That'll do just fine. 80% or better on the chocolate. Maker's Mark for the bourbon.

I like to get some fresh oil, and do fried oreos or fried cookie dough balls.

My wife bakes a lot , lots of choices narrowing to just 2  , good old American apple pie al-mode or pumpkin with real whipped cream , served warm
