Willoughby Parking - North End

Does anyone know if you can park overnight at the beach parking lot (North End)?  I know in summer they close the gate at 10 PM, but not sure about winter.  Going to pull an all-nighter in hopes of burbot tonight!  Thanks.

My biggest concern would be the local junkies breaking into it.

Completely safe and legal. No one would mess with you guys and the gate is either open or you can park on the beach.
