People are driving out there. I was out there two weeks ago myself driving around with my Tacoma. If your using an ATV or snow machine you should be good. If your using a vehicle, you'll need four wheel drive with some height, or you'll get stuck. There's quite a bit of snow out there with snow drifts and slush. After today's warm up, I'm guessing it will start to get very slushy. You will definitely want to stay in someone's already made tracks. The smelt bite out there has been very slow, but that's not to say you won't get into some. There is parking on the side of the road if you just want to walk out.
