Fished it Friday Saturday and Sunday. Did alright, consistent flags, mostly small. One over 11, was on the board for the derby for a while, got knocked off. If Gilbert has been keeping up with the roads he plows, getting out there shouldn’t be terrible.

Did anyone make a road from 78 north?

There is a road plowed out from the route 78 access heading north.  The banks are pretty high so if you head out definatley bring a shovel to to poke hole to get off the main trail.
There was hardly a sould out there on Wednesday afternoon.

Yeah there’s a road heading out deeper and a road heading past church road towards Campbells.

He’s been keeping up the roads out there so you should be fine.

How much ice is out there if they're making roads? Kind of a haul to get there from where I'm at. Thanks!

Fished going off the 78 bridge for 3 days headed all the way up. Road plowed . Fishing was not bad. No monsters though

So did I.  Fishing was good but same no monsters.  Went back to NY side and caught bigger lakers.  Theres a mean slush hole on that road north that I didn't enjoy.

We fished the just the outer edge of the cove off Donaldson Point. That slush area along with all the water was interesting getting off the ice Saturday with the ATV. Water was up over my run boards. Some
knuckle head drilled 2 holes in the middle of the road Friday . We saw the holes on the way off Friday night.

Tough going on the ATV?

Missed you by 2 days.  We fished up that way Sunday.  Had too much fun with lakers to fish more than 1 day for pike.
