what kind of recording device did you used to hook into your camera. Thanks again for any ifo

Thanks for the comment, i have had many other pike bites on the camera and I have never noticed any major scratches. I just use your basic Sony video camera that i plug in to the video port on the front of the Aqua view, press record and fish away.

i dont think i have ever seen a fish suspend with its nose to the bottom and tail in the air like that. he was just hanging for a coule seconds, then hit the lure! it was sweet

Very cool pike video Trigger, thanks for posting it.

Those were some aggressive pike you found on that trip.
I have had them hit the camera before, but I can't remember ever seeing one hit a lure a vertical as the one fish in the video.

For the barbless lakes in my area, I keep the minnows on the hook by adding a very small piece of tubing {the kind the fits over the storm wildeye hooks} after I hook my minnow.
It seem to help the minnow stay on a bit better on barbless hooks but yet doesn't interfer with the hook set.

never....never even thought it was possible, and i've been fishing pike for 20+ years! i have never seen them swim vertically...ever...wo w what a video...nice one man!! great job!
