1/6 update

I checked out some ponds in the southern part of the state.

Meadowbrook 2 inches with no open water in sight heavy wind making ice
Chapmans pond 2 1//2 inches of ice and making ice don't trust the edges just yet but by weekend
Wordens drove by looked ok didn't see much open water

Barbers less than an inch and half heavy wind cracking the ice forcing water to the top   not good yet

Small pond in northern RI looked safe had no open water and sounded like it was making ice. Didn't have my spud but friday I'll check it. The weekend should be a go, getting down to -5 here tonight.

Any word on stump? Haven't had a chance to drive by and check this week. I am hoping that it is locked up before this crazy wind comes and opens it up
