No more snarls
« on: Jan 24, 2022, 06:28 PM »
Any one golf? Not me, however these club tube separators sure keep my rigged rods organized. No more snaging the truck upholstery, clothing or birds nest cluster fug.
Really getting organized this winter.

I like the bottom picture. I have the same ice fishing backpack stool. I see you have beefed up the seat frame. Someone sat on mine and crushed the frame. I may have to do something like what you did.

Thats exactly the reason for the copper/ emt rebuild. Friend exceeded its weight limit. My wife bought it for me many years ago. Clipped a large potted plant bucket w/o a bottom in the pack cavity. Keeps it open and easier to locate contents. Just last week added thin plywood to the pack side of the rod compartment. Makes placing rods back easer. None of this added much if any weight.

 Well done 👍
I put a set tubes in my 2 in the tray with bungees on each end to hold them in place works great

KC, using golf tubes is a good idea, they are more rigid. I've been using fluorescent light protecters. Started with the duct tape reinforced one a couple years ago. Seemed overkill, so the clear tube was next. Added more and better 48" rods and whipped up the 3-pack this year. Binding them together keeps it more rigid. I just bungie-cord it to the top of the sled, working well.

He usually hangs out, literally in my 8’ Norfolk pine in the garage. Might tie a hook on him & send him down the hole someday.
