Lake margarethe

Anyone fish it.... Drove by today and seen around 2 dozen shanties... Heard tales of good perch and walleye in there but never fished it myself... Might make the drive up Tuesday...

not sure on what chat board but someone said there is a fish advisory on Margarethe due to chemicals from Camp Grayling. This was another lake on my bucket list

3 of us caught dink perch, 3 walleye only 1 keeper, and had a missed flag.  Ice is about 8inches and real slushy on top

There is a fish advisory due to PFAS leaking out of wells. If you Google search you will find the report and link to DNR recommended amount you should eat

Haha first you have to locate them which is usually the hard part. Then you have to sneak down the beer isle and when you're girlfriend isn't looking grab one by the neck and gently hide it amongst the other items in the cart. Lastly you want to make sure it doesn't get away during check out... ::)   

If you're looking for some honey holes there's still CBS to be caught, hamburg township Kroger still has a couple cases

 You forgot to tell them to pour a little on their hook to catch fish

Been there the last two days. Nothing but small perch today. Ice is 8-9 inches thick. Caught 2 keeper eyes yesterday.
