Could anyone help me with what you use for line on your Crappie jig pole (material, weight, color etc.)?

3lb Berkley trilene Micro ice, most all tackle shops have it in stock, 4 to 5 buck for 110 yards, you don't need to run a leader with it and it is easy to manage in the cold and is abrasion resistant !

I like the fire line crystal in 4lb test with a leader of florcarbine line on the end about a foot. The sensitevety is amazing and its easy to set the hook because braid has zero stretch. Don't tie derectly to the reel use a little mono to start then tie the braid to that.

4# P-line floroclear, and 2# if they are really finicky. This stuff is really hard to see, so usually the heavier line is fine unless you want to fish super light jigs. I always have a rod rigged with the 2# on board.

I like 3lb Pline. Low vis and great knot strength!

It's a fine line between fishing & sitting on the ice like an idiot

I usually use 8-10lb Suffic Ice braid as my main line then attached a 2ft leader of P-line or Asso line, in 2lb to 4lbs depending on the lake Im fishing

I use the clear Gamma Esp Copolymer Ice Line. I like the 4# but have 2# on rods for when the fish are super particular.
